Community Circles

Facilitated gatherings that bring neighbors and strangers together for rest, conversation, and connection.

What it is: A facilitated space to slow down and be in honest conversation — about belonging, about what we carry, about how we build community in everyday life. No agenda beyond presence.
Who it's for: Anyone craving real connection — neighbors, newcomers, longtime friends, people who arrived alone. Come as you are.
What happens: We open in a circle, share a grounding practice, and move through guided prompts and storytelling. You speak as much or as little as you like, and we close having made something together.

Caregiver Circles

Dedicated spaces for the people who care for others — a chance to set the load down and be cared for.

What it is: A circle held specifically for caregivers — a place to be received instead of relied upon, where the person who always holds space gets to be held.

Who it's for: Parents, family caregivers, care workers — anyone carrying the weight of someone else's well-being.

What happens: A gentle welcome, room to exhale, facilitated reflection among people who genuinely understand, and a nervous-system reset before you return to everything waiting for you.

Sound Healing & Nervous System Reset

Guided sound and breath sessions that move the body out of stress and into rest. No experience needed.

What it is: A guided session using sound and breath to shift the body out of fight-or-flight and into rest — a reset for an overstimulated nervous system.

Who it's for: Anyone running on empty, whether you're new to this work or it's part of your routine. No experience needed; just bring yourself.

What happens: You settle in, often lying down, and we move through breath work and a sound bath — resonant tones that guide the body toward stillness. You leave looser, slower, more here.

Open Practice Co-Working

A calm, communal space to work, create, or simply be — alongside others, at your own pace.

What it is: A 50/10 pomodoro (or as your timeframe allows) — work, make, rest — in the company of others, with gentle grounding woven through.

Who it's for: Entrepreneurs, remote workers, creatives, students — anyone who focuses better near other people and wants a calmer alternative to a coffee shop.

What happens: Come and go within the window. Work at your own pace, with optional grounding moments — a breath, a stretch, a reset — offered along the way. No pressure to join anything but your own work.
